Order Addendum means the document in substantially the form of Exhibit I attached hereto that will be executed by Emageon and a Customer for each order of Hardware, Software, Implementation Services, and Professional Services.

Examples of Order Addendum in a sentence

  • Upon acceptance by Provider, such Service Order Addendum will be deemed an amendment to the Agreement, subject to all of the terms and conditions herein, and the Service Fees will be increased to reflect the Additional Services, subject to the same pricing and payment terms as are set forth in the Service Order or the Service Order Addendum as applicable.
