Order 2000 definition

Order 2000 means the Commission's order identified as Regional Transmission Organizations, Docket No. RM99-2-000, 89 FERC P. 61,285 (1999), all subsequent orders of the Commission in such Docket, and all other orders of the Commission pertaining to the rights and obligations of a regional transmission organization.
