ORCHARD LAND definition
ORCHARD LAND means land which is being used for or is suitable for use as orchards and includes any banana plantation;
ORCHARD LAND means the approximately 142 tree acres within approximately 232 gross acres of land described in SECTION I of EXHIBIT J.
