Orbis Funds definition

Orbis Funds means funds managed by members of the Orbis Group.
Orbis Funds means the collective investment schemes set out in Schedule 2 to this Deed;

Examples of Orbis Funds in a sentence

  • The investor requests the ability to send instructions for trading in the Orbis Funds (subscriptions, switches, transfers and redemptions) to Citi and other instructions to Citi and Orbis (e.g. requests for reports, change of address notices) in the form of electronic communications (including via fax and/or via the Orbis website) and to have them acted upon instead of the usual requirement of physically delivering original signed instructions.

  • The investor requests to have the ability to send instructions for trading in the Orbis Funds (subscriptions, switches, transfers and redemptions) to Citi in the form of electronic communications (including via fax and/or the Orbis website).

Related to Orbis Funds

  • Fresh Funds means funds that:
