Provide Risk-Need evaluations through the use of ORAS and other standardized clinical assessments and share these assessments with the Project Coordinator, drug court team, and community based behavioral health provider(s) for the purposes of treatment care and continuity for program participants.
THE FOREGOING SETS FORTH BUYER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND ORA'S SOLE OBLIGATION WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIMS OF BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS SUPPLIED HEREUNDER.
Contractor will provide the assessment services following Probation’s completion of the initial Ohio Risk Assessment Survey (ORAS), determining the individual’s entry point into the Project.
In addition, the outreach staff will complete a triage screening and assessment/recommendations with individuals determined to be low to moderate risk on the ORAS who are not enrolled in Steps to Success, and who are referred to restorative justice conferences.
The outreach staff will participate with Probation in initial participant outreach meetings, completing a triage screening and subsequent assessments with the individuals determined to be high risk on the ORAS and who agree to Probation supervision and formally enroll into Steps to Success.
