Oral Surgery means maxillofacial surgical procedures limited to:
Oral Surgery means necessary procedures for surgery in the oral cavity, including pre- and post- operative care.

Oral Surgery means:
Oral Surgery. Provides benefits for the twelve (12) oral surgeries and simple extractions. However 18 no benefits shall be payable under this plan for charges for oral surgery performed on any member if at the time such 19 oral surgery is performed there is in effect a "fee-for-service" plan (presently Blue Cross and Blue Shield United of 20 Wisconsin) or other hospital and/or 21 surgical-medical group insurance policy covering the member. 23 (1) See attachment on Oral Surgery covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield. 24 (2) Based on usual, customary, and reasonable charges. 26 ORAL SURGERY 28 Charges are paid to a physician or dentist for the following services only, wherever performed:
Oral Surgery. - "Oral Surgery" means procedures to correct: diseases, Injuries, and defects of the jaw and mouth structures
Oral Surgery means any manipulation or cutting of hard or soft tissues of the oral or maxillofacial area and associated procedures, by any means, as defined by the American Dental Association, utilized by a dentist licensed by 201 KAR Chapter 8 and within the dentist's scope of training and practice.
