Except for notices, reports and other information expressly requested by a Lender, Agent shall have no duty or responsibility to provide any Secured Party with any notices, reports or certificates furnished to Agent by any Obligor or any credit or other information concerning the affairs, financial condition, business or Properties of any Obligor (or any of its Affiliates) which may come into possession of Agent or its Affiliates.

The total of all real estate commissions paid by the Company to all Persons (including the Subordinated Disposition Fee payable to the Advisor) in connection with any Sale of one or more of the Company's Properties shall not exceed the lesser of (i) a Competitive Real Estate Commission or (ii) six percent of the gross sales price of the Property or Properties.
The sole business of each Operating Company is the management and operation of the Individual Property or Properties currently operated by each such Operating Company.
Such other information respecting the business or Properties, or the condition or operations, financial or otherwise, of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as any Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.
