or Housing Unit means any room in University Housing. A Housing Unit can be designed for single, double, triple, or quadruple Occupancy, where each Resident is assigned a Space in the Unit. Where a Unit is designated for use by a single Resident, the Unit and Space assigned are the same and with respect to those Units, the terms Space and Unit are used interchangeably unless the context clearly suggests otherwise.
