or Environmental Laws means: (i) the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 9601 et seq.), as amended ("CERCLA"); (ii) the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 6901 et seq.), as amended; (iii) the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 11001 et seq.), as amended; (iv) the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 et seq.), as amended; (v) the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. I 1251 et seq.), as amended; (vi) the Toxic Substances Control Act (15 U.S.C. I 2601 et seq.), as amended; (vii) the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act (49 U.S.C. §§ 1801 et seq.), as amended; (viii) the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (7 U.S.C. I 136 et seq.), as amended; (ix) the Safe Drinking Water Act (41 U.S.C. I 300f et seq.), as amended; (x) any state, county, municipal or local statutes, laws or ordinances similar or analogous to the federal statutes listed in parts (i) - (ix) of this subparagraph (a); (xi) any amendments to the statutes, laws or ordinances listed in parts (i) - (ix) of this subparagraph (a); (xii) any rules, regulations, guidelines, directives, orders or the like adopted pursuant to or implementing the statutes, laws, ordinances and amendments used in parts (i) - (ix) of this subparagraph (a); and (xiii) any other law, statute, ordinance, amendment, rule, regulation, guideline, directive, order or the like in effect now or in the future relating to environmental, health or safety matters.
