or "Engines means an "aircraft engine" as defined in the Federal Aviation Act, 49 U.S.C. Section 40102(a)(7), including without limitation each aircraft engine described in Schedule 4.8(a) hereto (or, if any such engine shall be replaced pursuant to this Agreement, then such replacement aircraft engine) (each of which engines has 750 or more rated takeoff horsepower or the equivalent thereof), together with any and all Parts so long as the same shall be either incorporated or installed in or attached to such aircraft engine or required to be subject to the Lien of this Agreement or any other agreement entered into in connection herewith, and all improvements, appurtenances and additions thereto, substitutions thereof and replacements thereto, whether now or hereafter attached thereto or installed thereon. Each such engine shall constitute an "Engine" for all purposes hereof whether or not from time to time installed on an Airframe or on any other airframe or located on the ground.

  • Such placards may be removed temporarily, if necessary, in the course of maintenance of the Airframe or Engines.

  • Whenever maintenance and repair work on the Aircraft or Engines will be regularly performed by a Person other than LESSEE, such Person will be an FAA-authorized repair station.

  • Upon compliance by LESSEE with the applicable terms of Article 18.3 or 18.5, LESSOR will transfer to LESSEE the Airframe or Engine(s), as applicable, with respect to which such Total Loss.

  • Lessee shall use the Aircraft, Airframe or Engines only in commercial passenger operations and related cargo operations.

  • Lessee agrees not to operate or locate the Airframe or any Engine, or suffer the Airframe or any Engine to be operated or located, in any area excluded from coverage by any insurance policy in effect or required to be maintained hereunder with respect to the Airframe or Engines, or in any war zone.

  • This Lease shall constitute an agreement of lease, and nothing herein shall be construed as conveying to Lessee any right, title or interest in or to the Aircraft, Airframe or Engines except as a lessee only.

  • Any payments received by the Lessor or the Lessee from such government with respect to the use of such Airframe or Engines during the Term shall be paid over to, or retained by, the Lessee and any payments received by the Lessor or Lessee from such government with respect to the use of the Airframe or Engines after the Term shall be paid over to, or retained by, Lessor.

  • In the event of the substitution of a Replacement Airframe or Engine as contemplated by Section 11 of the Lease and Section 5.06 hereof, all provisions of this Indenture relating to the Airframe or Engine(s) being replaced shall be applicable to such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine(s) with the same force and effect as if such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine(s) were the same airframe or engine(s), as the case may be, as the Airframe or Engine(s) being replaced.

  • Lessee agrees not to operate or locate the Airframe or any Engine, or permit the Airframe or any Engine to be operated or located, in any area excluded from coverage by any insurance policy in effect or required to be maintained hereunder with respect to the Airframe or Engines, or in any war zone.

  • In addition, at least ten (10) Business Days (or, in the case of an emergency, at least two (2) Business Days) prior to permitting the Aircraft, Airframe or Engines to be operated or located outside of the United States of America, other than in Canada or Mexico, Lessee shall notify Lessor thereof.
