Oqood Pre-Registration System definition
Oqood Pre-Registration System means the interim pre-registration system operated by the Land Department in respect of the registration of sale and purchase agreements for ‘off-plan’ properties on the Interim Property Register; Particulars means the particulars of sale relating to the Unit as contained in this Agreement under the heading “Particulars of Sale”, and which shall be considered an integral and binding part of this Agreement; Parties means collectively the Seller and the Purchaser and “Party” means either one of them as the context so permits;
