OPWS definition

OPWS means the current edition of the General Polish Terms and Conditions of Forwarding, prepared by the POLISH CHAMBER OF FORWARDING AND LOGISTICS – the national member of FIATA (International Freight Forwarders Association with its seat in Zurich).
