Examples of Optional Upgrade in a sentence

  • The annual upgrade fee (plus applicable taxes) will be billed on your account on your Aeroplan Points Optional Upgrade Program Enrolment Date and thereafter automatically each year on your Aeroplan Points Optional Upgrade Program Anniversary Date.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions, if you choose to participate and pay the applicable annual fee to enrol in and remain in the Card Aeroplan Points Optional Upgrade Program, effective as of your Aeroplan Points Optional Upgrade Program Enrolment Date, your base Earn Rate will be increased to 1 Aeroplan point for every $1.00 in purchases and will be calculated in the same manner as set out above (see Base Earn Rate Calculation above).

  • If you join or leave the Aeroplan Points Optional Upgrade Program, starting as early as the billing period prior to the billing period in which the change is made, the new applicable Earn Rates will apply to the purchases, returns or credits posted in the applicable billing period whether posted before or after the date on which the change occurs.

  • Other than Required Upgrades, Lessee may not install Upgrades to any Item of Equipment ("Optional Upgrade").

  • Up to €200 per insured person per membership year Optional Upgrade Pack fo r Premiere Plan – Comprehe nsive Dental Cover for extraction, cleaning, composite filling, root canal treatment, bridges and crowns, panoramic X-rays, gingivitis treatment and surgical extraction.

  • Lessee must obtain Lessor’s prior written consent before incorporating any Optional Upgrade into any item of Equipment.

  • Please note that a waiting period of 12 months is applicable from the effective date of the Optional Upgrade Pack.

  • The Buyer has or may complete an Optional Upgrade Form, which is attached hereto, as Exhibit “B” (Unit Detailed List of Optional Upgrades), in which the Buyer, may or has, selected material upgrades that have been selected to be included in the Unit.
