Optional Task. 5: Develop comprehensive Technical Report and TechBrief.
Optional Task means a functional or technical requirement which may be included in a contract negotiated with the successful offeror, which may be completed under an extension to the contract negotiated with the successful offeror, or which the State may elect not to include.
