Optional subject definition

Optional subject means the subject connected with the objectives of a curriculum which students/pupils choose freely.
Optional subject means a subject listed in section 1.3.2.2.3.

  • Permitted Convertible Indebtedness means senior, unsecured Indebtedness of the Borrower that is convertible into shares of common stock of the Borrower (or other securities or property following a merger event or other change of the common stock of the Borrower) (and cash in lieu of fractional shares), cash (in an amount determined by reference to the price of such common stock or such other securities) or a combination thereof.

  • Permitted Junior Securities means Equity Interests in the Company or debt securities that are subordinated to all Senior Debt (and any debt securities issued in exchange for Senior Debt) to substantially the same extent as, or to a greater extent than, the Notes are subordinated to Senior Debt pursuant to the Indenture.
