Optional Service Contract definition

Optional Service Contract refers to a sample agreement that may be used to govern the relationship between Hiring Attorney and Freelance Attorney, and/or between Hiring Attorney and Freelance Paralegal, in completing the Assigned Project. “Parties” refers to Company and Users.
