Optional Release Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.03 hereof. “Origination Agreement” shall mean any origination agreement entered into by the Authority for the origination of Eligible Loans financed in the Trust Estate, as amended from time to time.

  • Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this paragraph (a), on and after the Optional Release Date, the Collateral Agent shall execute and deliver all such instruments, releases, financing statements or other agreements, and take all such further actions, at the request and expense of the Borrower, as shall be necessary to effectuate the release of Liens granted under the Security Documents pursuant to the terms of this paragraph, without recourse, representation or warranty.

  • If the conditions set forth above are satisfied on the Optional Release Date, a Collateral Release Period shall commence on such Optional Release Date.
