Optional Fees. ATM Balance Inquiry Fee: $0.75 (per transaction); ATM/POS Reject Fee: $0.75 (per transaction); POS Return Fee: $0.75 (per return); PIN Request Fee: $2.75 (per request; first PIN is FREE); Replacement Card Fee: $15.00 (per Card; when Card is lost, stolen, or replaced); Non ATM cash withdrawal Fee: $10.00 (per transaction); Chargeback Fee: $35.00.
Optional Fees. If and when such items become necessary, the fees for the following items will be agreed upon between the Parties. The prices shown in parentheses represent Passport’s current prices, as may be modified from time to time: a) Zone setup fees ($3.00 per space) b) Initial Signage and Sticker fees ($20.00 per sign and $3.00 per decal)
