Optional Early Redemption Date definition

Optional Early Redemption Date means the first Payment Date falling 15 years after the Original Issue Date.
Optional Early Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b).
Optional Early Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Condition 9.3 hereof. “Register” has the meaning set forth in Condition 11.2 hereof.

Examples of Optional Early Redemption Date in a sentence

  • If the Exercise Notification is received on the last day of the notice period before the Optional Early Redemption Date after 5:00 p.m. Bucharest time, the exercise of the option is not effective.

  • In order to exercise the Put Option, the Noteholder must, not less than 30 days before the Optional Early Redemption Date (Put), deposit with the Registrar a duly completed redemption notice (the Put Option Notice) in the form acceptable to the Issuing Agent or Registrar.

  • Each Holder has the right to claim an early redemption of the Notes in whole or in part on the Optional Early Redemption Date[s] at the Optional Early Redemption Amount[s], together with any interest accrued until the Optional Early Redemption Date (excluding).

  • If Optional Early Redemption (Put) is specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement as being applicable, then the Issuer shall, upon the exercise of the relevant option (the Put Option) by the Noteholder redeem such Note on the date specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement (the Optional Early Redemption Date (Put)) at its put early redemption amount (the Optional Redemption Amount (Put)).

  • After a legally effective exercise of the relevant option by the Holder pursuant to sub-paragraph (e), the Issuer has to redeem the Notes on the Optional Early Redemption Date[s] at the Optional Early Redemption [Amount[s]], together with any interest accrued until the Optional Early Redemption Date (excluding).

  • If the Exercise Notification is received on the last day of the notice period before the Optional Early Redemption Date after 5:00 p.m. Vienna time, the exercise of the option is not effective.

  • If an Event Determination Date has occurred in respect of the Default Swap but the relevant Cash Settlement Date has yet to occur, the Optional Early Redemption Date shall be postponed until the fifth Business Day following the latest occurring of any such Cash Settlement Date.

  • A Licensee must be able to identify the geographic location of each Cannabis Transporter Vehicles at all times.

  • If the Exercise Notification is received on the last day of the notice period before the Optional Early Redemption Date after 5:00 p.m. Zagreb time, the exercise of the option is not effective.

Related to Optional Early Redemption Date

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Postponed Early Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day following the Early Redemption Date (if any);

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Debenture then outstanding, (ii) accrued but unpaid interest and (iii) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Amount means the Automatic Early Redemption Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:

  • Series A Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6.

  • Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Optional Redemption Notice Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Early Redemption Event means that R (k) is equal to or greater than the Early Redemption Level (k) on the respective Observation Date (k).

  • Tax Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).

  • Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:

  • Note Redemption Date means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption of such Notes under the Indenture.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.
