Pursuant to the Purchase Undertaking, the Trustee shall have the right to require the Obligor to purchase and accept the transfer of the Outstanding Airtime Vouchers from the Trustee and pursuant to the Sale Undertaking the Obligor will have the right to require the Issuer to sell, transfer and convey all of the Outstanding Airtime Vouchers to the Obligor, each on the Business Day immediately preceding a Scheduled Dissolution Date or Optional Dissolution Date.
