Optional Dissolution Date definition

Optional Dissolution Date means, in relation to any exercise of the Optional Dissolution Right, the date(s) specified as such in the applicable Final Terms and which must (if this Certificate is a Floating Rate Certificate) be a Periodic Distribution Date;

  • If Optional Dissolution (Call) is specified in the applicable Final Terms as being applicable, SIB may, by exercising its option under the Sale Undertaking and serving notice on the Trustee no later than 60 days prior to the Optional Dissolution Date, oblige the Trustee to sell to SIB all of its rights, title, interests, benefits and entitlements in, to and under the Portfolio on the Optional Dissolution Date.

  • If Optional Dissolution (Call) is specified in the applicable Final Terms as being applicable, Majid Al Futtaim Properties may, by exercising its option under the Sale Undertaking and serving notice on the Trustee no later than 60 days prior to the Optional Dissolution Date, oblige the Trustee to sell all of its rights, title, interests, benefits and entitlements in, to and under the Asset Portfolio on the Optional Dissolution Date.

More Definitions of Optional Dissolution Date

Optional Dissolution Date. ’ means the Optional Dissolution Date as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the applicable Final Terms relating to the exercise of the option set out in Condition 11.3 (Dissolution at the Option of the Issuer);
