Optional Consulting Services definition

Optional Consulting Services at each Facility shall be comprised of pharmaceutical-related consulting services that are outside the scope of the Standard Consulting Services. Such Optional Consulting Services may include, without limitation, performance of services and/or creation and delivery of reports related to programs at the Facility for cost containment, risk management, training and education, quarterly drug assessment, and regulatory compliance. PharMerica shall provide Optional Consulting Services as requested by Ceres, to the extent such services are offered by and reasonably available from a PharMerica Entity.
