Optional Account definition

Optional Account means the separate account maintained on behalf of a Member in accordance with paragraph 16.01(c).
Optional Account means the account which may be established and maintained pursuant to Article V hereof for a Member for his Elective Bank Contributions. The Optional Account consists of two subaccounts, Optional Account A which includes Bank Contributions made on account of Plan Years ending before October 1, 1980 and earnings thereon and Optional Account B which includes the remaining portion of the Optional Account.
