Option Time definition

Option Time means the time at which notice to exercise the Option pursuant to clause 3.1.3 is deemed given to the Shareholder by virtue of clause 8.2;
Option Time means the time at which notice to exercise an Option pursuant to Clause 4.1.2 or 5.1.2 is deemed given to the Seller by virtue of Clause 37.2.
Option Time means the time specified in Item 3;

Related to Option Time

  • Expiration Time has the meaning set forth in Section 3.

  • Vested Company Option means each Company Option outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time that is vested as of such time or will vest in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby (whether at the Effective Time or otherwise).
