Option Information definition
Option Information the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Option Information means (a) the name of the holder of such Company Option; (b) the total number of shares and class of Company Capital Stock that are subject to such Company Option; (c) the date on which such Company Option was issued and the term of such Company Option; and (d) the exercise price per share of Company Common Stock purchasable under such Company Option.
Option Information has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1(a) (Confidential Information Prior to the License Effective Date).
Examples of Option Information in a sentence
In the event the Option Expiration Date occurs, this Section 11.1 (Confidential Information Prior to the License Effective Date) shall have no continuing force or effect with respect to the use or disclosure of such Option Information with respect to the applicable Immunology Research Program.
