Option Credit definition

Option Credit means an amount equal to the aggregate value of Shares arising out of a surrender of a stock option that is credited to a Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof or the provisions of a Stock Incentive Plan.
