Option Bond definition

Option Bond means any Bond which by its terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Holder thereof for redemption by the Authority prior to the stated maturity thereof or for purchase thereof, or the maturity of which may be extended by and at the option of the Holder thereof in accordance with the Series Resolution authorizing such Bonds or the Bond Series Certificate related to such Bonds;
Option Bond means any Bond which by its terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Holder thereof for purchase or redemption by the I-Bank prior to the stated maturity thereof, or the maturity of which may be extended by and at the option of the Holder thereof.
Option Bond means any Bond which by its terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Holder thereof for purchase or redemption by the Corporation prior to the stated maturity thereof, or the maturity of which may be extended by and at the option of the Holder thereof in accordance with the Supplemental Indenture authorizing such Bonds.

  • The sponsor of a Qualified Tender Option Bond Entity could also satisfy its risk retention requirements under subpart B of the proposed rule using any of the other risk retention options in this proposal, provided the sponsor meets the requirements of that option.

Related to Option Bond

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • Payment Bond is one executed in connection with a contract to assure payment as required by law of all persons supplying labor and material in the execution of the work provided for in the contract.

  • 2024 Notes means the 7.000% Senior Notes due 2024, issued pursuant to the 2024 Indenture.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Book-Entry Bonds Beneficial interests in the Bonds, ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by the Depository as described in Section 4.06

  • Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Subsequent Bonds means any Bonds issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

  • Transition bonds means bonds, notes, certificates of

  • Zero Coupon Bond Any debt security that by its terms (a) does not bear interest for all or part of the remaining period that it is outstanding, (b) provides for periodic payments of interest in Cash less frequently than semi-annually or (c) pays interest only at its stated maturity.

  • Initial Bond means any Bond issued on the First Issue Date. “Initial Bond Issue” has the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.

  • Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

  • Convertible Bonds means the $450,000,000 1.875 per cent senior unsecured guaranteed convertible bonds due 2025 and issued by NMC Health (Jersey) Limited, including the transactions contemplated under the Transaction Documents (as defined in the Convertible Bond Trust Deed);

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.

  • Debt Security or "Debt Securities" has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Global Preferred Security means a Preferred Securities Certificate evidencing ownership of Book-Entry Preferred Securities.

  • 2026 Notes means those certain 3.850% Senior Notes due 2026, issued by the Company pursuant to the 2026 Notes Indenture, in an aggregate original principal amount of $300.0 million.

  • Note Certificate means a certificate issued to each Registered Holder in respect of its registered holding of Notes;
