Option Assignment definition

Option Assignment shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1.12.
Option Assignment means the agreement dated January 10, 2012 entered into by the Purchaser and K▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ under which K▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ assigned the LOI to the Purchaser and under which the Purchaser accepted such assignment and assumed all of K▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ obligations and liabilities under the LOI;
