OptiCare definition
OptiCare shall have the meaning given to such term in the Recitals of this Agreement.
OptiCare has the meaning assigned to such term in the Preamble.
OptiCare means OptiCare Health Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation and the 100% parent corporation of Seller.
