OpTel definition
OpTel means the corporation described in the preamble to this Agreement.
OpTel means OpTel, Inc., a Delaware corporation which is the assignee of all of the rights and obligations, with certain exceptions, of the Company.
OpTel means OpTel, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, OpTel (Texas) Telecom, Inc.
