Together with each monthly payment hereunder, Licensee will provide a report identifying the number and type of Devices on which an Opsware Management Agent has been installed as well as all other Devices known to or managed by Opsware.

Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.
Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.
