OPRA definition

OPRA means the Open Public Records Act at N.J.S.A. 17:1A-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 10A:22.
OPRA means the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority;
OPRA means the Options Price Reporting Authority described in the Initial Plan prior to the date of this Agreement, and the Options Price Reporting Authority, LLC from and after the date of this Agreement.

  • The OPRA requires a response by Government Aggregator within seven (7) business days; accordingly, any challenge to the Government Aggregator disclosing requested government records which are not exempt by OPRA must be made by Supplier before that seven (7) day period.

  • Information stamped by Supplier as "Confidential" and provided to the Government Aggregator may still be released by Government Aggregator, in response to a request made under the Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), if Government Aggregator determines that such information does not fall within any of the exceptions set forth in the OPRA or other applicable law, regulation, requirement or executive order.

  • Notwithstanding the previous sentence, the contractor acknowledges the terms and pricing of the Contract are subject to disclosure under OPRA, the New Jersey common law right to know, and any other lawful document request or subpoena.

  • OPRA conducts its affairs pursuant to that certain Limited Liability Company Agreement of Options Price Reporting Authority, LLC dated as of January 1, 2010, as it may be amended from time to time.
