Opposition Resolution definition
Opposition Resolution means when a corresponding Opposition to which an Opposition Claim is subject, is (i) withdrawn, or (ii) lifted or found to be legally unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction by a ruling or order that is not, or is no longer, subject to (x) appeal or any other judicial recourse or challenge or (y) a stay of its effectiveness issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
