Opinion Agreements definition
Opinion Agreements means the Note Certificate, the Base Indenture, the Underwriting Agreement and the Supplemental Indenture. The Articles of Organization and Operating Agreements, and amendments thereto are referred to herein as the “ Organizational Documents ”. Documents (i) through (v) are collectively referred to herein as the “ Transaction Documents .”
