This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes any and all prior agreements between You and Opero with regard to the subject matter hereof.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that its use of the Services requires Opero to use, disclose, and transmit Service Data, which shall not be a violation of this Section 5.
If You port Your existing numbers to Us during implementation of Opero’s Services, You authenticate and validate the right to use the telephone numbers and warrant that the telephone numbers used on the Opero network have no history of use within robocalling campaigns.
Opero will never sell, rent, or lease Your Service Data to any third party.
The provisions of this Section 14.1 state the sole, exclusive and entire liability of Opero to You and constitute Your sole remedy with respect to a third party claim brought by reason of access to or use of a Service by You, or Users.
