Operator Names definition

Operator Names means the names “ ,” “ ,” “ ,” and any other names or identifying terms used or proposed to be used by the Operator from time to time for the Hotel or other Operator Hotels.

  • The Operator represents to the Owner that, for the purposes of this Agreement, the Operator or its Affiliates are or will be the owners of, or are and will be entitled to use, the Operator Names and Operator Symbols and that the Operator Names and Operator Symbols are and will be distinctive of the Operator or such Affiliates, as the case may be.

  • The Owner shall not, without the prior written consent of the Operator, use or refer to any Operator Names or Operator Symbols in any advertising or any materials describing the business of the Owner other than as required by Applicable Laws or to state as a matter of fact that the Operator operates the Hotel.

Related to Operator Names

  • Project Name means the name of the project stated in SCC.

  • Trade Names means trade names, brand marks, trade dress, brand names, logos and all other names and slogans or product goodwill for which no trademark registration has been obtained and for which no application is pending.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.
