Operations Stage definition

Operations Stage means the operations stage of the Project, when the Buildings or portions greater than 8,000 square feet thereof, will be leased for retail or commercial purposes or as rental residential apartments, commencing on the purchase of the Developer’s Parcels by Millennium or its permitted assignee(s) from the City and expiring 5 years thereafter;
Operations Stage means the period commencing on the date of termination of the Development Stage and continuing so long as the Company is the owner of the Hotel.
Operations Stage means, with respect to each Phase of the Center, the period commencing on the date of termination of the Development Stage with respect to such Phase of the Center and continuing so long as the Company is the owner of the Center.

  • During the Pre-Development Stage, the Development Stage and the Operations Stage, the Managers shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with the terms and conditions of the Operating Plan and Budget.

  • The CONCESSIONAIRE shall hire personnel who accept the job before the start of the Operations Stage.

  • During the Operations Stage, Starship Management shall initially be designated as the Hotel Manager and, in such capacity, shall manage the Hotel pursuant to the terms and conditions of the management agreement ("Management Agreement"), in the form of Exhibit "F," attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to be entered into by and between the Company and Starship Management.

  • The Work is segregated into the following Stages: Stages 1 through 3 including Design, Development, Furnishing and Installation and Acceptance Testing of the lane based toll system implementation; Stage 4-6 for each incremental stage of Maintenance Services to commence following the completion of each corresponding stage of installation, and Stage 7, the optional Front Office Operations Stage that will commence with the start of the I-15 ML operations, following the completion of Stage 1.

  • During the Operations Stage, the CONCESSIONAIRE shall submit to the GRANTOR and to OSITRAN, in the term of thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of each concession year, a ▇▇▇▇▇ Diagram for the following year of the concession with the monthly schedule of the works execution, the monthly budget and a projected cash flow.

  • In the event additional funds are required during the Operations Stage to carry on the business of the Company pursuant to the Development Plan and Budget, pursuant to the Operating Plan and Budget and/or pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Section 5.3 shall govern.
