Operations Software definition

Operations Software includes: (i) Software that resides on Communication Devices; (ii) Software necessary for operating System Hardware and Connections; (iii) Third Party Software that performs either or both of the functions identified in subsections (ii) and (iii) immediately above; and (iv) any Updates or Upgrades thereto. The term "Operations Software" excludes Software for the Inbound IMS. 284. Opt-In Consent Has the meaning set out in Master TCs Section 8.6.1 (Opt-In Requirement for Collection and Use of PII). 285. Examples of Operations Software in a sentence

  • The foregoing indemnification obligation of Licensee shall not apply if the Licensee FNO Product is modified (except for setting configuration options provided in the FlexNet Operations Software) by Flexera (unless done so at Licensee’s request).

  • Licensee may install an unlimited number of copies of the FlexNet Operations Software, however Licensee may only have a single Licensee Site.

  • The FlexNet Operations Software may be used by Licensee solely with Licensee FNO Products that generate revenue and that generate FNO Revenue in an amount that does not exceed the License Level.

  • The licensed materials consist of Contractor’s WV3 Instrument and Instrument Ground Operations Software, including the software as hosted on the WV3 Instrument, as well as any Contractor-provided Ground Operations Software such as but not limited to the Decompression Software.

  • Set forth on Schedule 3.16(a) is a list and description of all (i) Software products currently offered or offered at any time since January 1, 1999, or incorporated in other products currently offered or offered at any time since January 1, 1999, by Percon or any of its subsidiaries to its customers ("Product Software") and (ii) department-wide or enterprise-wide Software used in the day-to-day operation of departments of Percon or any of its subsidiaries ("Operations Software").

  • In addition to the one Cloud Site, Flexera shall provide Licensee with access to a second, non- production user acceptance testing instance of the FlexNet Operations Software.

  • Agilent shall provide: (a) all updates and upgrades to the Services to Customer that Agilent provides to its customers generally for no additional charge; and (b) support pursuant to the terms of Agilent’s Service Delivery Guidelines for iLab Operations Software as specified in Exhibit C (“Support”).
