Operations and Maintenance Requirements definition

Operations and Maintenance Requirements means (i) the “Operational Requirements,” set forth as Part C of the Requirements and Provisions for Work and (ii) the “Maintenance Requirements,” set forth as Part D of the Requirements and Provisions for Work; in each case, as may be amended, revised, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
