Operations Agent definition

Operations Agent means State Street acting as Operations Agent for the Banks.
Operations Agent means State Street acting as Operations Agent for Lenders, or its successor in such capacity.
Operations Agent shall have the meaning specified in the preamble hereof.

Operations Agent s Fee shall be payable annually in advance on the date of this Agreement and on the effective date of any renewal of the Commitments pursuant to Article XIV hereof.

  • Operations Manager means each of the Company and Provider payroll, benefits and information technology representatives on the Operations Management Team as identified in Section 6.0 below.

  • Information Officer means the Person acting on behalf of the Company and discharging the duties and responsibilities assigned to the Head of the Private Body by the Act. The Information Officer is duly authorised to act as such and such authorisation has been confirmed in writing by the Head of the Private Body.

  • Management Information or “MI” means the management information specified in Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;
