Operationally Feasible definition

Operationally Feasible means operationally feasible in the Operator's opinion (acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Person) in the circumstances prevailing at the relevant time including:
Operationally Feasible and “Operational Feasibility” shall mean that a Zero-Emissions Vehicle is capable of safely performing the same tasks as its Conventional equivalent.
Operationally Feasible and “Operational Feasibility” shall mean a ZE or NZEV GSE determined by LAWA to be capable of safely performing the same tasks as its Conventional equivalent.

  • Technically Feasible refers solely to technical or operational concerns, rather than economic, space, or site considerations.

  • Functionally dependent use means a use which cannot perform its intended purpose unless it is located or carried out in close proximity to water. The term includes only docking facilities, port facilities that are necessary for the loading and unloading of cargo or passengers, and ship building and ship repair facilities, but does not include long-term storage or related manufacturing facilities.

  • Periodically regenerating system means an exhaust emissions control device (e.g. catalytic converter, particulate trap) that requires a periodical regeneration
