Operational Transfer definition

Operational Transfer has the meaning given to it in the National Gas Law.
Operational Transfer has the meaning set forth in Section 14.2.1.
Operational Transfer means the transfer and transition, practically and legally, of the day-to-day operations of a Facility for the Primary Intended Use of such Facility to Landlord and/or Landlord’s designee without interruption of the business activities therein, regulatory or otherwise. Landlord may exercise its right to require an Operational Transfer by delivering written notice to Tenant of Landlord’s election to require an Operational Transfer (a “Transition Notice”) at any time.

Examples of Operational Transfer in a sentence

  • Developer shall, prior to the Operational Transfer Date, provide Connecting Transmission Owner with all documentation reasonably required and requested by Connecting Transmission Owner to comply with any applicable NERC requirements.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner shall, at the Operational Transfer Date (as described in Appendix B), be responsible for compliance with any applicable requirements of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (“NERC”) with respect to the Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities.

Operational Transfer means a transfer of the operation and management of any Facility to the exclusion of the direct or indirect operation or management of such Facility by a Master Tenant or Subtenant.
Operational Transfer has the meaning given in clause 34.2(a).
Operational Transfer shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 37.

Related to Operational Transfer

  • Operational Period means the period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with the date and time on which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.
