Operational Record definition

Operational Record means the entire document records and reporting history of the HHW Facility construction and operation.
Operational Record means the entire document records and reporting history of the Landfill recorded in accordance with the Landfill Permits and Operations Plan of the Solid Waste Facility Permit.
Operational Record means the entire document records and reporting history of the Ordot Closure Facility recorded in accordance with the Post Closure Care Operations Plan of the Solid Waste Facility. ‘Operator’ means the company or organization awarded the Agreement to operate and maintain the Ordot Closure Facility during the Post–Closure Care period.
