Operational Maintenance definition

Operational Maintenance means services for the care for and maintenance of the Warehouse Complex, Premises and Land Plot, specified in Appendix 4 to the Lease Agreement;

More Definitions of Operational Maintenance

Operational Maintenance means maintenance that occurs daily including, but not limited to, janitorial and custodial services, operations of utilities and grounds keeping.

Operational Maintenance shall not include Capital Improvements.
Operational Maintenance means any activity or repair required to keep a stormwater management system functioning as permitted and designed.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.
