Operational Limitation definition

Operational Limitation means a limit on a process’s operating inputs, including, but not limited to, hours of operation, raw materials used, or fuel combusted, for which a technically accurate correlation exists between actual emissions and the operating inputs that are limited; or an air pollution control device with specified key operating parameters that assure a specified control efficiency combined with operational,production, or verifiable emission limitations, that limit the device’s input emissions.

Related to Operational Limitation

  • Technical Limits means the limits and constraints described in Schedule 2, relating to the operations, maintenance and dispatch of the Project.
