Operational License definition

Operational License means any license required or requested by Apex or Morrisville that is used to access the CAD system. The term includes, but is not limited to, Mobile Data Computer (“MDC”) licenses required to connect computers to the system, Freedom licenses that are required to connect mobile devices to the system, and CAD Status Monitor (“CSM”) licenses used to access system data.
Operational License means the operational license and life environment license which is material in nature to the sustainability of the main business activity of the Company, Subsidiary, Associated Company and/or subsidiary incorporated outside the jurisdiction of the Law of Indonesia.

  • Concurrent with the transfer of ownership in CCRL, Buyers shall grant to Launch an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide license to use the trademark "Warped Tour" in connection with the operation of the 2001 Tour according to, and consistent with, past practices ("Operational License").
