Operational Fees definition

Operational Fees means the fees payable by the Storage User as compensation for costs incurred by EKB due to the injection and withdrawal of natural gas by the Storage User in- to and from the Storage Facility. The Operational Fees are calculated on the basis of the tariff set out in GT&C Appendix III.

Examples of Operational Fees in a sentence

  • MAS shall give the Specified Institution not less than thirty (30) days’ notice in writing before the imposition or variation of the Operational Fees comes into effect, and the Specified Institution shall maintain sufficient funds in the Current Account to pay the Operational Fees.

  • The Operational Fees shall be directly debited from the Current Account of the Specified Institution in consideration of MAS continuing to operate the Current Account for the benefit of the Specified Institution.

  • The first applicable billing date for Operational Fees for a given service will be the Commencement Date.

  • Fees Payable by the ASP Enrolment Report and Operational Fees The ASP must pay to TCA the Operational Fee set out in Annexure 3.

  • In consideration of the services provided by the Company, each of the Fund (with respect to the Service Fees) and the Adviser (with respect to the Operational Fees) agrees to pay the Company an amount equal to the following basis points per annum on the average aggregate amount invested by the Company’s Separate Account(s) in each Portfolio under the Fund Participation Agreement, such amounts to be paid within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter.

  • The Special Operational Fees shall be exclusive of and in addition to all fees paid pursuant to Section 7 and Section 8(a) below.

  • Client’s obligation to pay to PEI the Minimum Operational Transfer Fee, shall be without prejudice to any additional Operational Fees that may have been incurred over the course of the Storage Period.

Operational Fees means fees assessed to individuals or to

Operational Fees means all applicable fees and reductions in respect of operational activities, including without limitation discharge and off-take fees, representing the then applicable official fees as established by PEI or other relevant parties (such as EAPC), as may be amended from time to time, but shall exclude Operational Transfer Fees.
