Operational Effectiveness and Supportability definition
Operational Effectiveness and Supportability evaluators will use the WID MATT Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and proposal to evaluate the operational effectiveness and supportability of the proposed solution, assigning an adjectival rating from the Combined Technical and Risk Ratings table below. Price: Evaluators will determine the total evaluated price as the sum of the extended prices proposed for all CLINs. The Government reserves the right to halt evaluations if it determines that none of the proposals have an acceptable price. Past Performance: Evaluators will use past performance submitted and any other past performance information gathered to assign a rating from the Performance Confidence Ratings table below.
