Operational Documentation definition

Operational Documentation. Means any Document relating to Service activities
Operational Documentation means the Givevia FAQs for Nonprofit Organizations, Givevia’s Terms of Service, Givevia’s Privacy Policy, and other guidelines that appear on the Givevia Site.

  • You will provide us with any information that we request to verify your compliance with this Operating Agreement or any Operational Documentation.

  • HESA Services shall include within the ▇▇▇▇▇ Plus Operational Documentation guidance on responding to requests to exercise a right under articles 15,16,17,18 or 21 in respect of ▇▇▇▇▇ Plus Data and the Organisation shall have regard to the ▇▇▇▇▇ Plus Operational Documentation in determining how to respond to a request to exercise a right under articles 15,16,17,18 or 21.

  • Data shall be regarded as not being true and correct if it is inaccurate or otherwise than a true reflection of the factual position in respect of all relevant students, courses and Personnel, in accordance with the definition of the relevant data fields and the Coverage as specified in the HESA Operational Documentation.

Related to Operational Documentation

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • Organizational Document means, as applicable, an entity’s agreement or certificate of limited partnership, limited liability company agreement, certificate of formation, certificate or articles of incorporation, bylaws or other similar organizational documents.

  • Organizational Documents means (a) with respect to a corporation, the charter, articles or certificate of incorporation, as applicable, and bylaws thereof, (b) with respect to a limited liability company, the certificate of formation or organization, as applicable, and the operating or limited liability company agreement thereof, (c) with respect to a partnership, the certificate of formation and the partnership agreement, and (d) with respect to any other Person the organizational, constituent and/or governing documents and/or instruments of such Person.

  • Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).
