Operational Directive means a written order issued by the Director bearing the designation “Operational Directive” and requiring specific operational procedures or prohibiting specific operations or types of operations, onto or from an Airport; or establishing designated and restricted uses of various areas of an Airport, enforceable under Section 25-1.2(c)...
Operational Directive means an operational directive to curtail the Electricity demand of the Load, issued by the York Region DR Manager to the Supplier (or to a representative of the Supplier with the authority to curtail the Electricity demand of the load) via telephone, fax, email or other electronic signal that is received by the Supplier on a timely basis and that specifies the required duration and magnitude of such curtailment. For greater certainty, to be valid, an Operation Directive must (i) be delivered during the Season or outside of the Season if the Supplier has specified that the Contracted Demand Reduction is available outside of the Season (as set out in Exhibit B), (ii) be delivered within the minimum notice period specified by the Supplier (as set out in Exhibit B), (iii) indicate a curtailment duration that is less than or equal to the Maximum Curtailment duration specified by the Supplier (as set out in Exhibit B), and (iv) York Region DR Contract Released November 30, 2005 indicate a curtailment magnitude that is no greater than the Contracted Demand Reduction specified by the Supplier (as set out in Exhibit B).
Operational Directive means an operational directive to curtail the Electricity demand of the load, issued by the IMO to the Supplier (or to a representative of the Supplier with the authority to curtail the Electricity demand of the load) a minimum of three (3) hours in advance of the time at which the curtailment of the Load is to commence and which specifies the duration of the curtailment in whole hours to a maximum of six (6) hours while not exceeding the Maximum Curtailment with Callable Hours.

Examples of Operational Directive in a sentence

  • Permittee acknowledges and agrees that MDAD may, but specifically is not required to, hold a hearing prior to any such termination and that the terms of MDAD’s Operational Directive 99-01, as amended from time to time, shall apply to this Permittee in all respects, except where specifically provided otherwise in this Permit.

  • Vendor certifies it is not prohibited by federal agencies pursuant to a United States Department of Homeland Security Binding Operational Directive due to cybersecurity risks.

  • The eligibility criteria and the procedures for Facility Loans shall include those set out in the Operational Directive and the Operations Manual.

  • In such circumstances, the Supplier will only be required to verify that the Electricity demand of the Load was curtailed as a direct result of the Control Equipment or DR Measures due to actions that had already been taken by the Supplier or in response to the Operational Directive for the duration specified in the Operational Directive.
