Each Daily Observer has the right to receive information on the DA MCO Function Operations during its performance (e.g. via emails and/or silent participation in the Daily Operational Calls and the Incident Calls), but without any right to directly intervene (i.e. speak) within the Daily Operational Calls and the Incident Calls (only indirectly through its Servicing NEMO) unless directly affected the Incident.
